Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Ehub Global Inc is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to end-users across various platforms.
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, and other IT devices. You will also oversee installations, moves, adds, changes, and disposals (IMACDs) of EUC equipment, software, and related services at designated customer sites.
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in hardware support, including PC, tablet, printer, and smartphone expertise. Additionally, you should be proficient in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS, as well as Microsoft Office and O365. Familiarity with ServiceNow and IMACD tasks is highly desirable.
