- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
- Manage computer security including firewalls and antivirus programs
- Analyze technical issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex problems
- Utilize ticketing systems such as Jira to track user requests
Experience
- Proven experience in desktop support or a related field
- Proficiency in computer management and software troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and computer hardware
- Familiarity with mobile devices support
- Excellent technical support skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities

Pay: $23.97 - $45.91 per hour
