Job Description
We are seeking an IIoT Onboarding Expert to support the customer onboarding process by providing technical expertise and guiding customers through the onboarding and integration process.
About You
- You will play a key role in bridging sales, engineering, and customer support teams.
- You will help customers understand the technical aspects of our platform and its integration into their industrial automation environments.
- You will become knowledgeable in ei3 applications, API integrations, and industrial data collection and connectivity systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support by assisting customers with ei3 application setup, API integrations, system configurations, and data connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve configuration and connectivity issues.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Support the sales and onboarding teams by providing technical expertise in pre-sales discussions, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
- Identify upselling and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Up to 3 years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, or a related role.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth, and industrial communication protocols.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
