What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the daily workflow – scheduling repairs, communicating with technicians, and ensuring jobs stay on track.
- Providing top-tier customer service – answering questions, explaining repairs, and keeping clients informed.
- Driving shop revenue – selling necessary services, offering financing options, and maximizing opportunities.
- Problem-solving & adapting – keeping operations smooth when challenges arise.

Requirements:
- 3 years of customer service experience (automotive preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in sales or commission-based roles a plus.
