Position Overview:
Eich Motor Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a critical role in ensuring our dealership lot is organized, presentable, and ready to provide a top-notch experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management:

  • Move, arrange, and park vehicles neatly on the lot to maximize space and improve visual appeal.
  • Maintain proper display and organization of vehicles for an attractive presentation.

• Customer Support:

  • Assist customers with locating vehicles and answering general questions about inventory.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

• Lot Maintenance:

  • Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure cleanliness and a polished appearance.
  • Wash and detail vehicles as needed to maintain a professional showroom quality.
  • Perform minor upkeep, such as tire inflation and ensuring all vehicles have adequate fuel.

• General Lot Duties:

  • Conduct routine checks to ensure all vehicles are secure and undamaged.
  • Assist with snow removal, salting, and maintaining lot safety during winter months.
  • Keep the lot and surrounding areas free from debris and hazards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
