We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality, customized services that exceed client expectations.
Your Role: As our Account Manager, you will:
- Build, develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through effective account management.
- Proactively solve on-site problem areas with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Work independently and proactively, communicating effectively with clients.
- Present agreements with clients to secure value-based opportunities.
- Consider customer feedback for guidance in strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services tailored to client specifications.
- Conduct regular CARE visits with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Track progress within Aspire (client resource management system)
What We’re Looking For:
- A college degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation, lighting, and water element systems.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a service-oriented industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM applications, and cloud-based irrigation and lighting platforms.
- Energetic, motivated, and driven to build relationships in the industry.
- Exceptional communication skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in technical sales and business development initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
