· Excellent skills in written and verbal communication

· Proficient computer skills are required, familiar with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
responsibilities
- Answer phones, direct calls and handle customer requests.
- Coordinate accommodation accommodation for different restoration projects.
- Maintain and periodically update the databases.
- Maintenance of company files both electronic and on paper.
- Follow up with clients after completing client requests to ensure a high level of
Customer experience.
- Perform all other functions as assigned.
