Responsibilities
In the role of HR GENERALIST you'll be at the forefront of creating an engaging and supportive workplace. You'll manage and participate in recruitment and onboarding, foster positive employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, oversee benefits and leave administration, and implement performance management systems and processes.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a degree or professional certification (PHR and/or SHRM-CP) in Human Resources and at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the professional services or social services industries. A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an investigative mindset is key. ABLE, Inc. is looking for an HR professional to partner with leadership to creatively recruit, retain and develop the people-element of the organization.
