A Day in the Life
The Tax Learning and Development Manager is responsible for the identification, development, and delivery of comprehensive tax learning programs within the Firm. Leads efforts to enhance the skills and knowledge of tax professionals, ensuring that learning initiatives align with industry standards and Firm goals.
- Designs and delivers training throughout the Firm using a variety of learning formats and tools (e.g., instructor led, online, webcast, self-study, blended learning).
- Identifies opportunities proactively to enhance the staff experience in learning as well as bridge gaps in learning.
- Communicates effectively to Firm Leadership regarding relevant details of programming.
- Builds relationships proactively with the L&D Team and stakeholders throughout the Firm.
- Facilitates and trains at Firm sponsored learning events.
- Manages learning content development through effective collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Acts as liaison between Learning & Development and Tax department, assessing needs of staff in the Firm based on department and industry goals.
- Creates and develops training processes and materials.
- Actively seeks and provides feedback to develop the learning curriculum for the tax practice.
- Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
- Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

Compensation
110,000-$140,000
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
