Our client is seeking a professional and friendlyFront Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while handling administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage and maintain front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars as needed.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
