What You’ll Do:
✅ Work an 8-hour shift with a supportive team
✅ Assist with fleet maintenance – keeping our equipment in top shape
✅ Load and unload trucks and trailers – get things where they need to go
✅ Keep the shop and yard organized and clean – a tidy workspace is a productive one
✅ Operate a forklift and/or Bobcat (will train —no experience needed!)
✅ Help with inventory control to keep operations running smoothly
✅ Assist customers with pickups and ensure they get what they need
✅ Handle inventory sheets properly for accurate records
✅ Take on other duties as needed – every day is different!
What We’re Looking For:
✔ No experience required – we’ll provide all the training you need!
✔ Must be at least 18 years old
✔ Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, dust)
✔ Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
✔ Good communication skills – work well with supervisors, co-workers, and customers
✔ Must pass a pre-employment drug screen & DOT physical
✔ A valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required
✔ Must follow all safety policies and wear provided PPE
✔ Be on time and ready to work at the designated start time
