What You’ll Do:

• Set up and maintain work zones following safety standards
• Manage traffic flow using temporary signals, concrete and steel barriers, message boards, and more
• Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, skid steers, and truck & trailer combos
• Break down and clear work zones after project completion
• Ensure accurate record-keeping by completing quantity sheets
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
✔ Valid driver’s license required
✔ Comfortable working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, dust)
✔ Willingness to work nights/weekends when necessary
✔ Strong work ethic and teamwork mindset
✔ Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the public
✔ Commitment to safety protocols and proper use of PPE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
