As the Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Eightfold, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our brand strategy, driving brand awareness, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across various functions including marketing, sales, customer, and product experiences. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role requires a blend of strategic acumen, creative vision, and leadership prowess to elevate Eightfold’s brand presence and market differentiation. Success in this role will be measured by your impact on share of voice, community growth, pipeline driven through corporate and strategic events, media coverage and timely delivery of internal creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
○ Create and oversee brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to align with the company’s strategic goals.
○ Stay updated with market trends, customer insights, and competitive strategies to evolve the brand strategy effectively.
○ Collaborate with the CMO to set brand goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive brand growth and differentiation.
○ Ensure brand consistency and cohesion across all channels, touchpoints, and marketing activities.
○ Lead creative sessions and workshops to generate innovative concepts aligned with the brand strategy.
○ Partner with product management, sales, and customer experience teams to maintain brand alignment across the organization and ensure consistency across all prospect and customer touchpoints.
○ Cultivate a culture of creativity and brand advocacy within the company.
○ Create and manage brand-level awareness campaigns to drive the brand’s value proposition and drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
○ Guide content and communications teams in creating compelling narratives and content that resonate with target audiences.
○ Analyze and report on the performance of brand campaigns, using data insights to refine and optimize strategies.
○ Monitor and present on customer satisfaction, advocacy program performance, and areas of improvement to senior leadership.
○ Advocate for and drive improvements to customer onboarding, product usage, and overall customer experience based on customer insights.
○ Identify and pursue partnerships, collaborations, or sponsorships that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
○ Provide mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to team members.
○ Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimal resource utilization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on brand strategy and creative development.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Creative vision and a passion for innovation, with a history of successful brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools for measuring brand performance and ROI.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, preferably within the enterprise SaaS software industry.
- Prior experience in Artificial Intelligence is highly desirable.
