About the Role


As a Producer, you will be the driving force behind Spigot's Android app experiences, ensuring that they delight users, meet business objectives, and remain competitive in a fast-evolving landscape. You will collaborate across departments to define strategies, prioritize features, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical know-how, and exceptional organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Product Leadership:

  • Define and prioritize features for in-house Android applications, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Lead product strategy by analyzing market trends, competitive offerings, and user feedback.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality app experiences.
  • Communicate goals, requirements, and progress effectively across cross-functional teams.


Agile Product Management:

  • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and design documentation.
  • Manage the product backlog and adapt priorities to respond to changing needs or opportunities.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of feature releases.
  • Identify and resolve product issues in collaboration with development teams.


Execution Excellence:

  • Ensure timely delivery of features by coordinating closely with stakeholders and tracking progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement in app usability, functionality, and engagement metrics.


Who You Are


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Professional Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in Android app development or product management.
  • Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.


Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Ability to synthesize customer feedback, market insights, and business objectives into actionable strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver results.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creating exceptional mobile app experiences.
