Fast growing, boutique law firm seeks a transactional attorney with 3 years of relevant experience. Potential for upward mobility, including client interactions and support to build personal practice.
Einbinder & Dunn LLP is a close-knit New York City-based firm with a nationally-recognized franchise and business law practice and an active litigation department. We are currently looking to hire a motivated transactional associate with a strong background representing private companies in areas of corporate law, finance, mergers & acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions. Franchise-specific experience is not required.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various corporate and commercial agreements;
- Entity organization, corporate structuring and corporate governance;
- Commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions, financing and related transactions; and
- Support the litigation team, when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong time management skills, including demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and simultaneously manage multiple critical projects and deadlines without significant oversight;
- Strong business judgment and strategic thinking;
- Excellent research skills;
- Strong attention to detail; and
- Effective communicator, able to directly interact with clients and communicate with colleagues on various projects.
Billable hour requirements are between 1,600 and 1,800 per year.

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
