Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for inspecting and reporting on specific aspects of construction works in progress, such as concrete pours, rebar placement, drainage pipe placement, etc.
- May also be responsible for inspections and sampling of construction material as they arrive on site.
- Assists geotechnical engineers in the field during soil and materials investigations.
Qualifications
Candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid drivers license and current drivers insurance.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Qualifications:
Successful Candidates should also have some of the following or similar certifications
- ICC Certifications Soil, Reinforced Concrete, reinforced masonry
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1
- ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector
- NiCET certifications relevant to construction material testing/Inspections

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
