In this role, you may find yourself serving as both a Project Architect and a Project Manager based on project needs, timing, or other office circumstances. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Architect
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience in multifamily, senior living, and church projects is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead project documentation from concept through construction
- Coordinate with consultants and manage project deliverables
- Produce Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
- Facilitate permitting processes and respond to revisions or RFIs
- Attend client meetings and site visits, maintaining strong client relationships
- Flexibly switch between Project Architect and Project Manager roles when needed
This is a full-time, in-office position.
