About the Role
Eisai, a growing pharmaceutical company breaking through in neurology and oncology, is seeking a highly-motivated individual to lead our IT infrastructure program management team. As Director, Global Infrastructure Office Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects involving hardware, software, network, cloud, or data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Oversight and Governance: Ensure that multiple infrastructure programs and projects meet deadlines, budget constraints, and align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure programs, track expenditures, analyze variances, and implement financial controls.
- Resource & Team Management: Lead a team of infrastructure project managers and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
- Stakeholder Communication and Management: Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders, communicating program status, risks, and issues clearly and effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, CSM, ITIL, Six Sigma, etc.
- 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Program Management, Budget Management, Vendor Management, Resource Management.
- Experience overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects and leading high-performing teams.
