Project Manager

Eagle Integrated Services is seeking an IT Project Manager to add to our Information Technology Support Services team in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland.   Responsibilities Include:   Defines the project scope and schedule, breaking large projects down into manageable sequences and enabling the team to turnaround tasks faster. Identifies and eliminates potential roadblocks and risks to the plan.   Allocates the appropriate personnel, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in attaining the project goals. Achieves a high level of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant team members and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensures resource availability and allocation. Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Establish and maintain relationships within the team and third parties. Ensure completion of monthly reports and deliverables. Provide day-to-day assistance and status to contractor team and government staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field. Education may be substituted for years of experience. 10 years of Project Management Experience working on Government contracts, including experience managing: Computer and Network Technical Support Programming and Maintenance Technical Support Classroom and Computer Lab Support Tier 1 Help Desk Support Webmaster Services Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills. Salary : $145,000 - $160,000
