EITACIES is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud to join our team. Below are the key details:
Role: Salesforce Consultant
Location: Onsite - Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and design Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud solutions with clear and effective solution architecture.

Drive or play a key role in 4-5 Salesforce implementations (each at least 6 months long).

Work closely with business users to capture and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.

Prepare key artifacts such as BRDs, SRS, gap analysis, and solution design documentation.

Develop prototype configurations and coordinate with offshore teams for development, testing, and deployment.

Conduct end-to-end requirement gathering, design brainstorming, and stakeholder engagement.

Ensure smooth collaboration between IT and business teams, managing communication across different geographies.
Required Skills & Experience:

8 years of IT experience, including 5 years in Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud).

Hands-on experience with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration.

SFDC Certifications: ADM201 (mandatory) Sales/Service Cloud certifications.

Strong understanding of Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript frameworks, and Web Services (coding experience is a plus).

Proven ability to create solution and technical design documents based on business requirements.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in onshore-offshore coordination, including late-evening/early-morning calls when needed.
