Technical Customer Support Representative - Remote Work (Eastern Time Zone)
Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Technical Customer Support Representative to join the team.
Key Notes :
This role includes a strong emphasis on Field Service Technician responsibilities to support the launch of new products
Travel is required for on-site support, vendor visits, and customer implementations.
Job Description :
Respond to service tickets via Eitan Medical's Service Portal
Approve user registrations and manage users across multiple platforms.
Provide technical support to service technicians for all products and applications
Answer customer support calls and follow through until complete resolution within 24 hours
Site implementation support (potential on-site travel)
Confirm warranty status and approve warranty invoices
Manage RMA process devices
Escalation of customer complaints and clinical questions
Manage project progress and milestones to meet deadlines
