SUMMARY

Maintenance System activities related to distribution and maintenance for the Sunfield Distribution Center

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Promotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company. This includes adherence to and promotion of the company safety beliefs, employee engagement, competencies, code of conduct, and other policies and procedures.

Backup distribution clerks as necessary.

Setup site structure, equipment/maintenance inventory and expensed inventory items.

Other duties as required within the maintenance department.

Manage the release and closure of all work orders as required.

Ensure work orders are input into M3 and have correct inventoried parts associated with them.

Complete NPRs for new items needed within the facility.

Establish safety stock based on lead times and needs to maintain operations.

Ensure preventive maintenance content is accurate, and the schedule reflects need.

Assist Office Manager with other maintenance and distribution clerk tasks as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent, required.

Basic computer competency – Microsoft Excel, Word, email, etc. required; ERP or other complex database experience, preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a high level of proficiency with personal computers and knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software

MECHANICAL SKILLS

Mechanical skills including the ability to identify maintenance parts and materials (such as pumps, motors, valves, electrical parts, etc.)
