We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HOMECARE Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. HOME HEALTHCARE AGENCY EXPERIENCE A MUST. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to support various administrative functions. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks across departments, managing schedules, and providing exceptional client and staff support.
Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Communicating between staff, patients, and family. Handling patient case management and education. Recruiting and training staff and creating schedules.
- Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the agency, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery. Coordinate schedules, manage staffing, and oversee various administrative tasks to support home care services.
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in proofreading documents to maintain high-quality standards.
- Serve as a personal assistant to senior management, managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide excellent customer support.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role is HIGHLY preferred.
- HOMECARE AGENCY EXPERIENCE A MUST
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Experience in calendar management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
