We are eJangar, a dynamic organization seeking an EUC Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide top-notch support for our clients in Burlington, VT.
**Job Summary:**
This role is responsible for providing expert-level technical support for End User Compute (EUC) devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows 10 operating system, Microsoft O365 applications, and SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for EUC devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain EUC devices
- Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW)
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered instead of every year of education
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in EUC Hands and Feet Support
- US citizens and Green Card holders authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
- Excellent customer handling skills and prior experience in Concierge (VIP Users) support
- Basic knowledge of Networking and Active Directory
- Must have the right attitude and customer-centric approach
