A growing and prestigious Complex Commercial and Bankruptcy Litigation law firm in Miami is hiring an established REMOTE Attorney to join their bankruptcy and insolvency team.
Duties and Requirements :
- 3 years of bankruptcy and business law experience
- FLORIDA Bar license in good standing
- The ability to work a Complex Bankruptcy Case with minimal supervision is ideal
- Experience in corporate restructuring, forensic accounting, liquidations
- Handle Adversary pleadings and other complex disputes
- Assist with other non-bankruptcy alternatives
- Trustee, fiduciary, or receivership representation
