Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions and injections.
- Provide care for patients in various settings, including Level I Trauma Centers and hospitals.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Educate patients and families on health management, including health coaching techniques.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in acute care settings, particularly in ICU environments.
- Experience with memory care practices and understanding of related patient needs.
- Proficiency in administering injections and familiarity with dermal fillers is a plus.
- Ability to perform dialysis procedures when required.
