Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including medical offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and Level I Trauma Centers. The LPN will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes while adhering to infection control protocols and best practices in case management.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
- Assist in IV infusion procedures and manage patient care during treatments.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and post-operative care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control standards to promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Support patients with disabilities by providing tailored care that meets their unique needs.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in case management or working within a Level I Trauma Center is preferred.
- Proficiency in medication administration and experience administering injections.
- Familiarity with IV infusion techniques and protocols.
- Previous experience in a medical office or ambulatory surgery center is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of infection control practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $43.00 - $53.00 per hour
