Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories accurately.
- Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide critical care support in high-pressure environments, including monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies.
- Perform sterile processing of medical instruments and equipment to maintain infection control standards.
- Manage pain effectively through appropriate interventions and patient education.
- Assist in triaging patients based on their medical needs and urgency of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills, including specialized areas such as ophthalmology or CT.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and compliance regulations.
- Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility as needed.
- Experience or training in critical care nursing preferred.
- Familiarity with pain management techniques and protocols.
- Previous experience in sterile processing is a plus.
- Skills in triage and MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
