HEALTHCARE FINANCE DIRECTOR
EKF Management is seeking a Finance Director for its contracted client healthcare companies
This role will be responsible or involved in the following :
- Facilitating contract negotiations
- Supervising financial reporting and budgeting
- Ensuring a healthcare organization's finances meet legal requirements
- Analyzing financial reports and market trends to find ways to lower costs and increase profits
- Consulting with top executives about financial decisions
- Supervising accounting staff
- Overseeing internal controls
- Setting financial targets
- Implementing fund-raising strategies
- Engaging with investors
- Developing a financial strategy
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Monitoring expenditure
- Overseeing annual insurance
- Monitoring cash flow
- Evaluating investments
- Managing tax compliance
Education : Minimum - Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area such as Accounting, Business
Administration, or Finance. Preferred - Master's degree in a relevant subject area such as Business with an emphasis in Finance or Health Care Fiscal Management
Work Experience Minimum - 5 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible management or supervisory level Finance roles to include three (3) years of relevant experience in health care finance or a public accounting firm performing healthcare audits and / or accounting functions
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred - Licensure as a Certified Public Accountant
