Title : Sr. Java developer/Lead developer/Principal architect
Location : Mclean, VA
Duration : Long Term
- React, JavaScript, Java, APIs w/ Spring tech stacks, CI/CD, building production-grade web applications and APIs
- Expertise with open stack technologies to implement Microservices
- Hands on knowledge of Gen AI tools - LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic Frameworks etc
- Data structures (especially those that relate to machine learning, such as data frames),
- Algorithms (including those related to databases and data manipulation),
- Software design, familiarity with Python, and familiarity with key libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Extensive experience in working with Spring Boot, Kafka, NoSQL/Cassandra and/or Graph DB s technologies
- Good experience w/ GitHub Co-Pilot
- Exceptional technical expertise in architectural design, development and implementation with specialization in multiple technology disciplines, platforms and applications
- Cloud native application development in Azure, AKS, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience working in a DevOps environment (Git/GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)Responsibilities
- This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best in class software experiences
- The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization
- The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards in order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience
- The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
- Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
- Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code
- Consistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs
- Performs analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements
- Makes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront
EDUCATION
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
