Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing scope changes effectively.
• Coordinate and communicate with trade professionals, architects, homeowners, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and address any issues proactively.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring proper work sequencing, contract compliance, and safety adherence.
• Handle client communications, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
• Utilize project management software to maintain detailed records of timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, providing solutions to keep projects running smoothly.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
• Continuously improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness through lessons learned and best practices.
• Manage change orders, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and implementation.
• Oversee job close-out procedures, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
• Not responsible for estimating or for finding subcontractors, as the company has established relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential renovation projects with successful outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices in high-end residential renovations.
• Must align with a hardworking and results-driven company culture including strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, effective leadership abilities, honest, reliable, and committed to upholding high ethical standards.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
