Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple properties within the portfolio to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive sales growth.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the organization.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, address issues, and provide guidance to on-site management teams.
- Collaborate with legal administrative teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and laws affecting property management.
- Utilize property management software for reporting and operational tracking.
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional staff through effective training programs and performance evaluations.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management within a regional capacity.
- Strong background in sales/leasing and customer service with demonstrated success in building client relationships.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing legal administrative tasks related to real estate operations.
- Proficiency in using property management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
