What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper Office Manager position at EKS CORP?
We are a property management and real estate development company seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! As the Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office and the financial records of our company. The position is on-site at our office in Peabody and between 34-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee office and financial operations including manage office staff, troubleshoot IT issues, etc.
- Manage A/P, Billing, A/R and other bookkeeping tasks
- Manage and resolve cash and inventory shortages
- Manage HR and payroll tasks
- Assist in month-end close tasks including bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage property management tasks including maintenance requests, tenant communications, etc.
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Assist management with tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
- Office management experience
- Bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks desktop experience
- Office Suite/Google Drive experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills in managing multiple projects
- A valid drivers’ license and reliable vehicle for bank, mail and supply runs
Salary : $25 - $30
