We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure the efficient production of goods. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation, possess a strong mechanical aptitude, and demonstrate attention to detail to ensure product quality. The Machine Operator will work closely with the production team to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machinery according to production specifications.
- Operate machinery to produce goods efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs when needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
