We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading products onto machines, setting up equipment, managing paperwork, restocking materials, inspecting finished products, and packaging them for distribution. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load products onto machines, ensuring proper alignment and setup for the production process
- Set up and calibrate machines according to specific guidelines and production requirements
- Accurately complete and maintain necessary paperwork, including production logs, quality control reports, and inventory records
- Monitor and restock materials and supplies as needed to maintain continuous production flow
- Perform regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Package finished products, ensuring they are properly labeled, sealed, and ready for shipment or storage
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and proficiency in operating machinery
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move materials, and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic communication skills are required; must be able to understand and follow instructions
- General work attire appropriate for a manufacturing environment is required
Working Hours: 6:00AM-6:00PM
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
