We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured parts meet our quality standards through precise inspection and testing. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Inspect, test, or measure materials/products for conformance to specifications.
- Measure dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
- Read blueprints/manuals to determine specifications.
- Notify supervisors of quality issues.
- Perform random dock audits.
- Communicate with customers regarding quality conformity.
- Collect/select samples for testing.
- Reject non-conforming products/materials.
- Maintain material receiving and shipment files.
- Compare product/material characteristics to standards.
- Check received materials against purchase orders.
- Perform final product inspections.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school graduation preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quality Inspector in manufacturing.
- Background in ISO9001 and IATF16949 compliance preferred.
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies/processes.
- Proficient in English.
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Strong math skills.
Working Hours: 2:30 – 11 pm
Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Salary : $19 - $22
