The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various clients in diverse industries. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to facilitating successful placements, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for client requirements.
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients, and arrange client-candidate interviews.
- Negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate and client information.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Working Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Compensation: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
