We are actively seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Recruiting Manager with a unique blend of recruiting expertise and sales acumen. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also driving business development through client acquisition. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide valuable insights to hiring teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in recruitment.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs.
- Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients and negotiate terms and agreements.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the client base.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to strategies for improvement.
- Lead and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues proactively.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment and sales, with a successful track record in both areas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday
