We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Executive Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including managing schedules and calendars.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
- Assist with filing, document retrieval, and maintaining an organized filing system.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the legal team.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, editing, and collaboration.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when necessary.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning documents, and managing incoming calls.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with executive administrative support functions is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate schedules effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to plan events and manage logistics efficiently.
- Previous experience in a legal environment is beneficial but not required.
