We handle cases from inception through jury trial, with both a pre-litigation and litigation department to ensure a smooth process for our clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant/Office Administrator at Vastola Legal located in Stuart, FL. We are seeking a Legal Assistant/Office Administrator that will join our pre-litigation department. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, client communication, record and billing retrieval, manage general office matters, organize legal files, prepare demands, and assist attorneys with case management matters a daily basis.
