Work days/hours: M - F 8am - 5pm
Location: Durham, NC Onsite daily - LOCALS ONLY

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for various aspects of the design, development, test, and manufacturing of our pharmacy automation equipment. The focus of this role will be to maintain a product design that supports the Product Operations group and ensures consistent part sourcing at an acceptable cost point. This position may require the individual to participate in both new product development, as well as, sustaining activities for our existing product fleet. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, communication, and a willingness to work in a collaborative team environment are skills that will support a high level of success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- As a senior member of the electrical engineering team, work collaboratively with cross functional teams to execute critical enhancements or net new robotic product designs from concept to production including design, prototyping, build, verification, validation, and certification.
- Lead and support the R&D technical team on multiple projects in parallel.
- Actively work to improve the quality and reliability of current and future products within the Pharmacy Automation portfolio by applying theoretical and hands-on electrical support to identify problems and deliver robust solutions.
- Decompose complex system requirements into a sound architectural design and straightforward electrical specifications.
