Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Marketing Event Planning Manager, for event planning and execution: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of various regional events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and webinars, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed seamlessly.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote events, including email marketing, social media promotion, and content creation.
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through event participation, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients for the sales team.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure event venues, materials, and services, ensuring all requirements are met within budget and on time.
Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within the allocated budget.
Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Content Development: Create engaging content for event promotions, including invitations, brochures, social media posts, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, sales marketing or similar area with a strong focus on planning and coordination.
Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelors degree in a related field (business, advertising, marketing, organizational behavior, etc.) or advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
Previously owned event-focused marketing programs, either in-house or through vendors.
