Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Presentation Designer for our client in the travel and hospitality space. This individual will play a pivotal role in creating impactful, visually sophisticated presentations that align with corporate branding and communication goals. The ideal candidate is a master of PowerPoint, excels in crafting compelling corporate graphics, and has expertise in animation, transitions, and multimedia integration.
The Presentation Designer will collaborate with executives, team leaders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring deliverables are executed seamlessly and events are set up for success. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to distill complex inputs into visually compelling materials.
Role Responsibilities:
•Create visually engaging, high-impact presentations that incorporate advanced design techniques, animations, transitions, and multimedia (photos, videos, etc.).
• Collect materials from Product, Design, Marketing, Content, and Corporate Communications teams, distilling key information into clear and visually compelling slides, graphics, and infographics.
• Partner with executives and internal teams to understand strategic goals and deliver impactful visual narratives.
• Be on-site as needed during key events, showcases, and time-sensitive projects to ensure flawless setup and execution of presentations.
• Coordinate updates across multiple team leaders, orchestrating feedback to ensure timely delivery of polished materials.
• Maintain consistency with corporate branding and communication standards across all materials.
• Collaborate with external vendors to source multimedia assets and support large-scale presentation needs.
• Translate complex ideas and data into clear, concise, and visually impactful designs.
• Build and maintain a library of templates for executives and teams to self-serve and create their own outlines when needed.
• Develop a repository of assets and resources that can be shared across the Growth & Digital organizations.
Qualifications:
• Absolute mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced presentation tools.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design, with a focus on corporate aesthetics and infographics.
• Experience integrating animations, transitions, photos, and videos into presentations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to distill complex information into visually compelling graphics.
• Comfortable working remotely but available to be on-site during critical deadlines or events.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and team leaders to align deliverables with business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
