Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel or facility.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance and inventory usage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management with a focus on housekeeping.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, custodial practices, and industrial cleaning methods.
