- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Assist with bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Maintain knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of fine dining service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
