Job Overview :
El Camino Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to provide critical support to our CEO in both administrative and operational tasks. The EA will work 30-35 hours / week from a home office based in Beverly Hills (90212) / west Los Angeles. The work schedule is hybrid and varies four days per week between two and three days in office, otherwise remote. The candidate will work between the hours of 8am - 6pm depending on project needs. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and operational tasks. In addition, they will work directly with clients and company faculty of contractors – coordinating projects, managing events, and facilitating effective and efficient solutions. Candidates should be within 10-15 miles of the office and must have access to a car or rideshare for work-related errands, meetings, and occasional personal errands or returns, as needed.

Key Responsibilities :
Executive Support :
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar and appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization. Proficient experience with Microsoft Outlook required.
- Handle high-volume email correspondence, flag urgent matters, and draft responses on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and itineraries for business trips or client meetings.
- Maintain the CEO’s professional certifications and records and handle any recertification processes.
- Manage personal tasks and errands when necessary.
- On-site client, program, event support when needed (within 40 miles of office)
