Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries about services and procedures.
- Coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide accurate estimates for services and handle financial transactions.
- Liaise between clients and doctors, conveying messages and information accurately.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary clinic or medical setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings.
