Veterinary Client Service Representative

North County Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

About You
As a Client Service Representative, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing comprehensive care throughout their journey.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Veterinary clinic experience preferred but not required
- 6 months of client service representative experience preferred
- High-school diploma or equivalent
Role Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, appropriately schedule appointments, document inquiries in patient charts
- Process payments and document in PMS
- Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments.
- Assist in maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems.
- Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts.
- Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members.

North County Animal Hospital is a general practice located in Paso Robles focusing on primary and urgent care for dogs, cats and pocket pets. Our hospital has a wonderful team and a loyal client base.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $18 - $19/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
