What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Facilities position at El Castillo?
We are looking for a Director of Facilities to oversee all facility functions at El Castillo and La Secoya.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains and repair grounds and buildings
- Oversees maintenance team and security contract – hiring, scheduling, assigning work
- Assures that work orders and resident requests are resolved
- Maintains needed inventories of supplies, tools, equipment
- Manages Facilities budget
- Assures compliance with regulations – City, State, Federal
- Maintains required records – safety, training logs, building plans etc.
- Develops and execute a preventative maintenance schedule
- Be available as needed for emergency repairs
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 plus years in Maintenance Supervisor or Manager role
- 5 years relatable experience.
- Knowledge of engineering, electrical and mechanical systems

Pay: $78,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
