El Centro Family Health is seeking a full-time Regional Administrator dedicated to serving the needs of our community.

- Knowledge and fluent skills of Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications, internet explorer usage, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision and direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative direction and oversight to clinics in a specific geographic area of El Centro Family Health (North Side), including clinic operations (reception/scheduling, medical records) and patient delivery systems.
The Regional Administrator's primary responsibility is to ensure all clinics are fully operational. The RA spearheads multiple projects within several teams of the organization and ensures the proper conduct and welfare of the team. Responsible for the overall supervision of the clinic managers, coordinators and other employees as well as the improvement of the company by attending to the needs of the customers and making sure they are satisfied.
Minimum requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, finance, nursing or other closely related field. At least five years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement, provided such experience shows progression into a supervisory or responsible management position in the health care industry.
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in medical office management setting.
